Same-Day Medical Certificates
Need a doctor's sick note for work or study? Our GMC-registered GPs can provide a professional medical certificate on the same day as your consultation.
Our sick notes are accepted by employers, educational institutions, and other organizations throughout the UK. The certificate will be delivered to you electronically, ready for you to share.
Your consultation will be a secure video call where our GP will assess your condition. Following the consultation, you will receive your sick note the very same day.

Our sick note service is for non-emergency medical certification. We do not provide NHS Med3 notes.
Please Note:
Sick notes cannot be backdated from the date of the consultation.
The maximum duration for a single sick note is 14 days.
This service is not for medical emergencies. If you have an urgent medical issue, please contact 999 or 111.
The fee for this service is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
