All of our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council and thorough checks have been performed to ensure they are fit to work.

You may need to create an account to use some of our services. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about your identity and to keep this information up to date. You must provide us with accurate and complete information about your medical situation, both when using the Website and during any consultation.
Cancellation & Refunds
Details regarding cancellations and refunds for our services are outlined at the time of booking. For home visits refunds are not provided once a booking has been made but in exceptional circumstances and on a case by case basis at the discretion of the management a 25% refund may be provided. For telephone and video consultations, refunds are generally not provided, but you may have the option to reschedule. Please refer to the specific terms provided when booking your service.
Payment
The price of a consultation will be the price indicated on the Website when you request the consultation. You must have appropriate authority to use the payment card which you use for payment. We use a third-party payment provider, Stripe, to handle transactions securely.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website or our services in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms. You must not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Website.
Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for business losses, as our services are for domestic and private use.
