Our GP video consultations provide the closest experience to an in-person visit from the comfort of your home. Through secure video calling, your GP can visually assess your condition, observe symptoms, and provide more comprehensive care.
Once you've booked your video appointment, we will connect you to one of our Harley Street Medical GPs as soon as possible. Just find yourself somewhere quiet with good lighting where you can see and speak to us clearly.
Face-to-face consultation via secure video call. Our GP connects with you for a 10-15 minute consultation. Prescription issued same day free of charge.

- Private Prescription: £50 or dispatch fee & plus cost of the medicines if you wish to have it dispensed through our pharmacy
- Sick Note: £100
- Referral Letter: £145
- Bespoke Letter: £175
- Blood Tests: Price on request and depends on test required

Refund Policy: Details regarding cancellations and refunds for our services are outlined at the time of booking. For home visits refunds are not provided once a booking has been made but in exceptional circumstances and on a case by case basis at the discretion of the management a 25% refund may be provided. For telephone and video consultations, refunds are generally not provided, but you may have the option to reschedule. Please refer to the specific terms provided when booking your service.

Medicine Policy
Harley Street Medical should NOT be used in possible medical emergencies or situations that may require urgent medical attention. If you think that your situation, or someone else's, is or might become an emergency, you should IMMEDIATELY STOP using Harley Street Medical and call 999 or 111.
Examples of medical emergencies are:
Severe chest pain, Difficulty breathing, Active or severe bleeding, Loss of consciousness, Slurred speech, Facial Drooping, Inability to move an arm or leg, Acute confused state, Fits/seizures, Major trauma, A rash that doesn't disappear under a glass tumbler being pressed against it, Possible stroke or heart attack, Swallowing a foreign object such as a battery, Sudden loss of vision or hearing.
