Our GP video consultations provide the closest experience to an in-person visit from the comfort of your home. Through secure video calling, your GP can visually assess your condition, observe symptoms, and provide more comprehensive care.
Once you've booked your video appointment, we will connect you to one of our Harley Street Medical GPs as soon as possible. Just find yourself somewhere quiet with good lighting where you can see and speak to us clearly.

How much does an online GP appointment cost?
An online GP appointment costs £50 for a 15-minute video or telephone consultation. Private treatment plans with prescriptions, sick notes and referral letters have additional fees.
Can I book a same-day GP appointment?
Same-day online GP appointments are available subject to doctor availability. The online service operates from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. Choose an available appointment when booking.
Can I use the online GP service outside London?
Online video and telephone GP appointments are available across the United Kingdom. In-clinic appointments take place at 104 Harley Street, London W1G 7JD. Home visits cover London Zones 1–4; visits outside this area are priced on request.
How much are in-clinic appointments and GP home visits?
A 30-minute in-clinic GP appointment costs £150. A 30-minute GP home visit starts from £375 within London Zones 1–4. Additional services and visits outside this area may cost extra.
Are prescriptions, sick notes and referral letters included?
For online consultations, a private treatment plan with prescriptions costs an additional £50, a sick note £100, and a referral letter £125. Including the £50 consultation, the respective service totals are £100, £150 and £175. These services are provided only where clinically appropriate.
How do I book an online GP appointment?
Book through the online GP service page or call 020 7310 8458. You do not need to register for an account before booking.

Do I need to install software for a video consultation?
You do not need to download special software. After booking, you will receive a secure link for your video consultation. Choose a quiet space with good lighting where you can speak to the GP.
Medicine Policy
Harley Street Medical should NOT be used in possible medical emergencies or situations that may require urgent medical attention. If you think that your situation, or someone else's, is or might become an emergency, you should IMMEDIATELY STOP using Harley Street Medical and call 999 or 111.
Examples of medical emergencies are:
Severe chest pain, Difficulty breathing, Active or severe bleeding, Loss of consciousness, Slurred speech, Facial Drooping, Inability to move an arm or leg, Acute confused state, Fits/seizures, Major trauma, A rash that doesn't disappear under a glass tumbler being pressed against it, Possible stroke or heart attack, Swallowing a foreign object such as a battery, Sudden loss of vision or hearing.
