Our Weight Management Programme is designed to help patients achieve safe, effective, and sustainable weight loss with the goal of improving overall health and reducing cardiac risk. For individuals who struggle to lose weight through lifestyle changes alone, we offer clinically supervised support that includes the option of GLP-1 therapy (Mounjaro)—a modern treatment shown to significantly improve weight control and metabolic health.

Under the guidance of our medical team, patients receive 1-to-1 support, regular check-ins, and tailored lifestyle advice covering nutrition, activity, and long-term habits. Mounjaro is used only when appropriate and is integrated into a full medical plan that prioritises safety, effectiveness, and patient wellbeing.

Weight loss achieved through this structured, supervised approach has proven benefits for heart health—helping lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol levels, improve blood sugar control, decrease inflammation, and reduce strain on the heart. As part of our Weight Management Programme, we carry out full blood screening when you start the programme and every 3 months to assess your metabolic and cardiac risk and to monitor your progress throughout. Regular blood screening allows us to measure improvements, adjust your plan when needed, and give you clear, measurable feedback on how your weight loss is supporting better long-term heart health. It also provides us an insight into your general health and highlight anything that is of interest.
