Daisy has been in various customer-facing roles for over 10 years.
Beginning her journey as a Redcoat at Butlin's Bognor Regis, her role was very customer focused ensuring that all the families that visited the resort enjoyed their stay.
In 2017, Daisy moved to Berkshire to join the LEGOLAND team in Windsor as Hotel Duty Manager. Her attention to detail was recognised by directors, as she ensured the Health and Safety, Management of KPI's and Guest Journeys in the hotel and on park; were all to the expectation of the guests and business.
Daisy joined Foxhills Golf Club as Assistant Restaurant Manager in 2019, once again her role focused on ensuring excellent customer experience. Along with her team, they improved the restaurant's KPI scores and drove sales for their best year since opening. She received a nomination in 2021 for Food and Beverage Manager of the year awarded by the 59 club.
Since joining medical sector at Pillbox Chemists, Daisy her used her knowledge and experience of customer facing roles, to focus on delivering an excellent service to patients. She has closely involved with the medical team with booking and delivering the following services: Flu season, Winter Health Checks, Corporate Health Checks and opening Covid vaccination clinics. She has gained much knowledge with the range of services that we offer.
Daisy is looking after the booking process for all our patients with Harley Street Medical. Daisy's warm approach and customer focus ensures that all patients' requirements are met; as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any requests regarding your appointment, she will try her best to accommodate them.
